3 Point Commercial was founded in 2023 by Daniel Emre, Connor Mitchell, and Zane Ancell. They joined forces and decided to boldly walk into a new venture adamant to do things differently within commercial real estate. All 3 were born and raised in Lubbock, Texas and crossed paths professionally in early 2022. It didn’t take long for them to realize they had the potential to create something special within the industry with their aligned values, grit and overall desire to be doers of good. They aim to be good stewards of the opportunities placed before them and can’t wait to help you achieve success in Real Estate Investing.

Connor Mitchell

Connor was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University, double majoring in Energy Commerce and Business Management. His passion for Real Estate investing began with the purchase of investment properties in college and later flipping properties in his free time. After graduation, Connor started his career in the Oil and Gas industry in Midland, TX as a Landman. Connor continued to feel pulled to Real Estate throughout his career and finally made the difficult decision to leave the Oil and Gas Industry to pursue Real Estate full time. His extensive experience in contracts and associated negotiations have provided a solid base to build his Real Estate career off of. In early 2023 Connor and his other 2 founders and close friends Zane and Daniel formed 3 Point Really Group. With an emphasis on Commercial Real Estate, 3 Point Commercial has experience from all angles of the business and is eager to help others achieve their goals. Connor has a passion for helping others grow their real estate portfolio whether it be buying, selling or investing and is happy to assist with anything else along the way!

Daniel was born and raised in Lubbock and throughly enjoys building connections with the great people of West Texas. He met his wife Stina in Middle School, and they have been married since April of 2019. They both love investing in people and strive to be intentional with everything and everyone they come in contact with. Daniel is a former firefighter who dedicated seven years of his life to serving his community as a first responder, his passion for helping those in need has remained with him ever since.
Around 2019 when Daniel wasn’t on shift at the Fire Department he started exploring the world of real estate, and soon discovered a new passion for it. Eventually, he decided to take the leap and pursue real estate full-time in early 2022. He brings the same level of dedication and commitment to his clients that he did to his firefighting career. In 2023 Daniel along with 2 other close friends, Zane and Connor founded 3 Point Commercial. They are committed to boldly walk into a new venture adamant to do things differently in commercial real estate and bring a fresh perspective to the industry.
Despite the change in career, Daniel's desire to help others has not waned. Whether it's through his work in real estate or his personal life, he continues to look for ways to make a positive impact on those around him.

• Meet Zane

Zane Ancell

Born and raised in West Texas, Zane spent his formative years traveling the country playing baseball, going to school, and working. Zane returned to Lubbock to marry his wife Abbie and became a father to his daughter Stevie Jean. Zane Started his career in construction equipment sales back in Lubbock after a brief stint doing commercial construction in Austin. While working for ASCO Equipment in multiple sales roles over the last 4 years, Zane developed a multitude of skills that quickly translated after he made the jump to Real Estate full time. During this time, Zane got married and within the first year purchased his first Rental property and continued to do so throughout his time at ASCO. This soon developed a burning passion for Real Estate investing and turned into a desire to help others do the same thing. Zane dove into Real Estate full time in early 2022 and has since honed in his focus on all investment asset classes in Commercial Real Estate, spanning from Apartment Complexes, to Commercial Strips and even Mobile home parks as well as single family portfolios and land development.
In 2023 Zane along with 2 other close friends, Daniel and Connor founded 3 Point Commercial and are in the pursuit of doing good through boldness, adaptability, and contribution within the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He loves getting to problem solve and find different ways to bring value to his investors whether it is a standard transaction or one that requires creativity to get the deal done. Zane has found his passion in Real Estate and continues to try and find new ways to bring value to his clients and investors while having the ability to spend more time with his family.

• Meet Bryan

Bryan’s family has farmed and ranched in Olton for over 100 years and his brother and him have continued that legacy. Bryan began his business career in Lubbock in 1990 by starting an allied healthcare company. RoseText, Inc. provides coding and medical records services to physicians nationwide.
Bryan also began flying at the tender age of 15. This led him into the incredible world of business aviation. While actively flying as a commercial pilot for private owners, he’s also enjoyed brokering and trading aircraft. He holds ratings for a multitude of aircraft, including the Cessna Citation Jet, Lear 45 jet, and Beechcraft King Air. Bryan is also a certified flight instructor and a certified aircraft mechanic.
He has always been intrigued with the investment side of real estate and was looking for a new challenge. His son-in-law, Zane Ancell, is actively engaged in commercial real estate. So, with some inspiration and prodding from him, Bryan decided to take the plunge! He has really enjoyed connecting people with their real estate investment goals.

Stina has been lucky enough to always call Lubbock home. She graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2017 and quickly returned back to the dusty Hub City. She married Daniel, co-founder of 3 Point, in Spring of 2019.
Stina’s career journey has been diverse, as she spent some time in the realm of early childhood education prior to jumping into the world of Real Estate. Through career changes, one thing has always remained the same for Stina – her heart and passion for helping people. She is driven to make a meaningful impact in her work and pour into others. Stina is creative, fun, and a friend to all! She strives to make a positive impact on the world around her and loves the opportunity she has been given to build relationships through Real Estate.
It has been a dream come true for Stina to see 3 Point come to life. She is so proud of this team and the heart and mission behind 3 Point. She wholeheartedly believes that this is something special, and loves having the opportunity to play a roll in it all.
